What is the Difference Between a Traditional & Infrared Sauna?
Traditional Saunas uses Convection Heat, which uses heat to raises the temperature of the air around you. An oven is an example of a convection heater. The average temperature in a traditional sauna falls between 160-200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Infrared Saunas uses Radiant Heat which omits infrared light waves that creates heat in the body. An example of infrared heat is the warmth felt from the sun. The sun can warm you without warming the air around you. The average temperature in a Infrared sauna falls between 110-130 degrees Fahrenheit.
EMF: Stands for Electromagnetic Field. The natural world including your own body produces EMF; however, the field is low intensity. The higher the frequency, the greater the risk to your health. Medical Sauna™ are safer than many other saunas on the market. EMFs are measured in mill gauss (µT). The Medical Saunas emits lower EMFs than the average household appliances. The following measurements are based on 3 cm distance. A hair dryer produces 6-2000 (µT), microwave oven 73-200 (µT), washing machine 0.8-50 (µT) and the Medical Sauna™ (drum roll) <3 (µT)
Installation: These products come with a DVD instructional manual. The tongue and groove system make them easy to install. If you require installation, we can send a technician for a fee of $850.
Warranty: All Medical Saunas come with a 3 year warranty. If you have problems with your sauna, a technician will be sent to your home to fix it for free. ALEKO Products come with a 1 year warranty.
Custom Saunas: Custom Saunas can be built. The prices are based on specification. Please email us or submit an inquiry under the contact us page. In the subject line enter "Custom Sauna" and provide the following: Your desired Length, Width & Height. Include if you want a Infrared, or a Hybrid Sauna which is a combination of a traditional & infrared sauna. Also include any features you would like included located under the "features" tab of the individual products.
For the Medical Sauna the policy is as follows:
You can cancel within 72 hours of placing your order with a 3% credit card transaction fee. You can return your sauna within 7 days of receiving it. All items for return should be in their original condition and packaging. Prior written return authorization is required. Call to request a return merchandise authorization number. Customers are responsible for return freight shipping, as well as a 20% restocking fee. If you cancel before the product is shipped, you will be charged a 3% credit card transaction fee.
Returns For ALEKO Products:
If for some reason you're not satisfied within the first 30 days after receiving the product, we will refund your money (excluding shipping & handling charges).
Send us an email within the first 30 days after receiving the product, and one of our customer service representatives will send you a Return Authorization Number (valid for 7 days) along with return instructions
To ensure that your package arrives to us safely and undamaged, please pack the item in the original box and remember to include all products, accessories, parts and pieces in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping & handling). Save on packaging! All returns need to be in the original packaging and condition to avoid a 15% restocking fee. If the original box hasn't been returned, then a 15% restocking fee will apply.
To receive the fastest refund possible, please write "Return" on your package. You MUST write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the package. A Return Authorization Number is required for us to complete your refund. The return shipping cost must be covered by the buyer. We do not pay for the return shipping.
We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and sending it by a shipping carrier that offers tracking services, such as USPS Certified Mail, UPS or FedEx. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number. Be sure to save the receipt for your records. We regret that we cannot issue any credit or refund for an item that is damaged, lost in shipping, or sent COD.
How Do I Cancel A Order?
We understand that on occasion, orders will need to be cancelled and our customer service team is happy to assist.
To cancel call us at 813-693-1543 or Email: firstname.lastname@example.org with an order cancellation request. Please Note: Order number must be present when request appears.
Cancellation must happen before the item is shipped. Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours.
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, cancellation is free.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed of all applicable fees, including the return cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping Policy: Free Bella Saunas offers free shipping throughout the continental USA. Alaska & Hawaii there is an $800 Shipping Fee and $200 for Canada.
